Mass Cultural Desecration | 51 Fraudulent Norval Morrisseau prints sourced to Jim White and David Voss

Prints created at the direction of James White, of Voss ring forgeries acquired by James White, according to the David Voss Guilty Plea of June 4 2024 – Agreed Statement of Facts – Appendix “B” in HIS MAJESTY THE KING v DAVID VOSS | Heard in the Superior Court of Justice

James White has been charged with:

  1. Uttering Forged Document contrary to Section 368 of the Criminal Code
  2. Defraud the Public Over $5,000 contrary to Section 380(1) of the Criminal Code
  3. Fraud Over $5,000 contrary to Section 380(1) of the Criminal Code x 2
  4. Possess Property Obtained by Crime for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to Section 355.4 of the Criminal Code
