This April 23 2019 excerpt from the Globe & Mail is vintage Otavnik. In 2009 he brazenly assaulted me on the front steps of Toronto Criminal Court after being convicted of criminally harassing other people. Toronto Police charged him with assault and criminal harassment again. The case went to trial, and yet somehow he wasn’t convicted… so he sued the Police and lost. They could make a whole movie about this guy, but it wouldn’t be a good one in my opinion.
