Plaintiff’s witness Ritchie Sinclair

1) Exhibit “A” – A 1994 written authorization to teach that was read, affirmed and signed by Norval Morrisseau. This signing witnessed in person by Gabe Vadas in Toronto. Authorization 1 – Authorization 2

2) Exhibit “B” – A 1979 painting entitled, “The Sounding”, which was created and signed by both Norval Morrisseau and Ritchie Sinclair. This 36 x 48 inch painting is available as an in-court exhibit.

3) Exhibit “C” – Three 1979 photographs of Norval Morrisseau celebrating Christmas with Ritchie Sinclair and his family. Photo1 – Photo2 – Photo3

4) Exhibit “D” – A 1997 video of Norval Morrisseau initiating Ritchie Sinclair in a sacred Bear-dance ceremony performed at the McMichael Canadian Collection. Robert McMichael, Don Robinson and Gabe Vadas attended. Video1 – Video2 – This exhibit includes an article published by KRG about the ceremony.
